# Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Scout4Work, including the website, web app, browser extension, and related services.

Scout4Work is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Upwork.

## Service

Scout4Work helps freelancers save Upwork job listings, review job and client signals, generate fit analysis, and draft proposals. The service is intended to support your own review process and does
not guarantee job availability, client response, platform acceptance, earnings, or hiring outcomes.

## Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and use Scout4Work only for lawful purposes.

## Browser Extension

The browser extension works on pages where it is allowed to run and only sends job-related data to Scout4Work when you take an action such as saving or analyzing jobs. You are responsible for using
the extension in a way that complies with the rules of any websites you access.

## AI Features

AI-generated analysis and proposal drafts may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific job. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before using it.

## User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for proposals, messages, applications, profile changes, and other communications you submit through Upwork or any other platform. Scout4Work does not submit proposals or
contact clients for you.

## Credits And Payments

Scout4Work may provide free starter credits and may sell paid digital credit packs. Credits are used only inside Scout4Work for features such as AI-assisted job analysis, fit review, and proposal
drafting.

Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used to pay Upwork, freelancers, clients, or any third party.

Paid credits are delivered to your Scout4Work account after successful payment processing. Credits may appear as pending until payment confirmation and webhook processing are completed.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe or another payment processor. Scout4Work does not collect or store full payment card numbers.

Paid digital credits are non-refundable after purchase, except where required by law or where Scout4Work chooses to make a manual exception, such as a duplicate-charge correction or support-approved
billing issue.

Free credits and promotional credits may expire, be limited, or be changed at any time.

If a refund, chargeback, dispute, payment reversal, or suspected payment abuse occurs, Scout4Work may reduce, disable, reverse, or adjust related credits or account access as needed to protect the
service.

## User Content

You retain responsibility for job listings, profile context, prompts, notes, generated drafts, and other content you submit or create through the service. You grant Scout4Work permission to process
that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.

## Acceptable Use

You may not use Scout4Work to violate laws, abuse third-party services, bypass access controls, send spam, scrape at excessive volume, flood platforms with automated proposals, violate third-party
terms of service, interfere with the service, or attempt to reverse engineer private systems.

Scout4Work is intended for user-directed review, saving, analysis, and drafting. It does not submit proposals, send messages, place bids, auto-refresh Upwork pages, bypass access controls, or operate
in the background to collect Upwork data.

## Service Changes

Scout4Work may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We may also limit or suspend access when needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or service
reliability.

## Service Availability

Scout4Work is early-stage software. We do not guarantee uptime, data availability, uninterrupted operation, or that any feature will remain available. Features, limits, pricing, credit rules, and
integrations may change over time.

## No Warranty

Scout4Work is provided as is and as available. We do not make warranties about uninterrupted operation, error-free output, job outcomes, or fitness for a particular purpose.

## Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Scout4Work is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, or lost data.
